How does matching work right now?
Every request is reviewed directly by the team behind Sigma and routed to a specialist, a skill-library entry, or an engineer introduction. The automated recommendation tooling is still being built — right now, a person reads every request.
What happens to my data?
Your name, phone, company, and request details are encrypted before they're stored (AES-256-GCM) — even direct database access doesn't expose them without a separate key kept off the server. See the Privacy page for the full breakdown.
Can I hire someone directly instead of getting advice?
Yes. Say that in your request and we'll introduce you to an independent AI engineer or studio directly, rather than routing you into a consulting conversation.
Is this a marketplace?
No. There's no open listings board where anyone can list themselves as a specialist. Everyone in the network is someone we've talked to directly.
